Returns
How to return your product:
1. Please send your parcel back to the address listed below.
2. Once the return is received, the warehouse will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition or has been worn, we will not be able to refund you.
*Please note once the cellophane has been removed from products and they have been opened and/or used, they are no longer eligible for returns/exchanges.
3. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
4. Please note we do not offer free returns or the return cost of sending goods to us.
5. Please note you have 30 days to return the item to us. Items returned over 30 days since you took delivery of the order, will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Products. Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the goods. If the goods are damaged please send pictures to hello@filterbymollymae.com and a member of the customer services team will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Cancellations. To make sure you receive your order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or edit it. If you need additional items, please place a new order and return the unwanted items to us.
